Our client, a prominent non-profit organization in sports, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Benefits & Compensation Generalist to join their team at their Jamaica, NY office. This role is crucial in ensuring that the organization maintains compliance with federal and state filings related to benefits, while also managing compensation programs effectively.
