About the position

OleOle is developing a completely free social network and messaging app for football (Soccer), focusing on a gambling model driven by live score updates. The platform aims to empower users to easily plan and purchase football experiences without the hassle of traditional travel planning. The company is utilizing a stake.com model focusing on cryptocurrencies for all in-match bets, aiming to capture the growing market of in-match play gambling.

Responsibilities

• Develop decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts on blockchain platforms.
• Design, deploy, and audit secure and efficient smart contracts.
• Integrate cryptocurrency wallets and manage crypto payments securely.
• Assess regulatory risks related to gambling and cryptocurrency.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with gambling laws and cryptocurrency regulations.
• Maintain necessary licenses to operate an online gambling platform in different jurisdictions.
• Review and draft contracts with vendors and payment processors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in blockchain development, ideally with experience in cryptocurrency payment systems or gambling/betting platforms.
• Proficiency in building dApps and smart contracts on platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Solana.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, JavaScript (Node.js), Python, or Go.
• In-depth knowledge of cryptographic principles and blockchain security best practices.
• Strong understanding of global and local gambling regulations and cryptocurrency regulations.
• Experience with integrating cryptocurrency wallets and managing secure transactions.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in working with cryptocurrency exchanges or other fintech platforms.
• Industry certifications in blockchain development or participation in blockchain-focused hackathons/projects.
• Understanding of football and international sports.
