Responsibilities

  • Defining the road map for the portfolio and delivering the brand strategy for each category.
  • Responsible for Volume, Revenue & CM delivery as per AOP, for the portfolio.
  • Portfolio planning and management based on 4P's including NPD development and launch.
  • Managing budgets for the portfolio to create strong brand among customers and consumers.
  • Driving brand equity through communication and consumer activation programs.
  • Plan and execute ATL communication that drives brand consideration.
  • Responsible for execution of always on digital programs like Lead generation, social calendar for the category.
  • Work with mainline advertising and media agency for creating ATL and digital communication for the category.

Requirements

  • 7+ Years of relevant Experience
  • MBA
