About the position

Global Payments is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting our enterprise brand, ensuring consistent and meaningful messaging across our business. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary brand liaison to business segments, business enablement services and team members across the organization, providing guidance and support to drive brand empowerment
  • Support the creation and refinement of enterprise-wide brand positioning and messaging to ensure a unified voice
  • Lead the development and implementation of brand governance, empowering team members to execute our brand in a consistent, impactful way
  • Design and deliver onboarding and training programs to educate business units and enterprise-wide team members on brand guidelines and best practices
  • Own and manage key marketing technology platforms, including Digital Asset Management, Marketing Content Library, online brand guidelines, Google template gallery and teamGP
  • Ensure these platforms are effectively utilized and updated, promoting progressive use cases to support the business
  • Oversee enterprise agreements related to brand assets, including photography and typography licenses, ensuring compliance and optimal use across the organization
  • Lead the execution of our Sports and Stadium partnership activation strategies across digital channels
  • Own social media activation; creating messaging, managing social calendar and collaborating with internal and external partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role
  • Related professional experience including a minimum of 3-4 years experience in a supervisory position
  • Proven track record in developing and executing brand strategies
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms, including DAM systems and content management tools
