Requirements

  • 7+ years in marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • BS degree in Communications, Business or Marketing, or related degrees.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media).
  • Strong knowledge of digital and social media landscape and channels, including influencer networks.
  • A flair for innovative thinking and a passion for beauty trends.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with IRI/Nielsen.
  • Strong interest in market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior.
  • Knowledge in all areas of marketing with a passion to understand and learn more.
  • Ability to effectively communicate & collaborate through multiple platforms and forums.
  • Ability to innovate, develop and execute against all product initiatives working collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Strong team management, project management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop long term marketing strategies that align with our brand vision and business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer & consumer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that make our product launches unforgettable.
  • Work closely with global/innovation team, sales, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement that inform marketing strategies and drive revenue.
  • Analyze financial information, budgets, and ROI to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Use analytics and market research to drive strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand presence.
  • Create experiences that delight and engage customers.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign & new product performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and consumer behavior to keep our brand at the forefront of the beauty industry.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Inspire and mentor early in career talent to achieve their best work.
