About the position

The Senior Brand Marketing Accounts Professional at Converse will lead the development of innovative omni-channel marketing plans for fashion and department store accounts. This role focuses on creating integrated marketing strategies that enhance consumer experiences and drive brand distinction through collaboration with various stakeholders. The position requires a strong understanding of retail marketing, storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation and development of omni-channel marketing plans for fashion and department store account partners.
  • Collaborate with key business partners across the marketing and commercial matrix to craft integrated marketing strategies.
  • Drive the business through effective storytelling and innovative marketing plans.
  • Manage and execute marketing budgets, author marketing briefs, and work with external agencies.
  • Create consumer journeys that connect the integrated marketplace experience across various channels.
  • Develop long-term and seasonal retail key account marketing plans based on brand and marketplace priorities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with account counterparts to build trust and improve brand presence.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail brand/account marketing or digital direct marketing.
  • Experience developing retail consumer journeys in both digital and physical retail environments.
  • Strong understanding of retail, visual merchandising, and multi-channel marketing.
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms including Apps, Email, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Social Media.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects while remaining detail-oriented.
  • Experience with managing budgets and working with external agencies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to use data for business decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.
  • Ability to travel domestically.
