The Senior Brand Marketing Manager (Pharma) will be responsible for leading the annual brand planning process, driving cross-functional collaboration, and generating actionable insights that empower the Brand Marketing, Sales, and Market Access teams to achieve their objectives. This role will also analyze the market and the competitive landscape, making recommendations for patient campaign adjustments, and collaborating on exhibitions and conferences relevant to align with organizational goals. This role will also cultivate and manage strategic relationships with key vendors and external partners to enhance brand initiatives and drive innovation. The Senior Brand Marketing Manager (Pharma) will also analyze the performance of patient campaigns and make strategic recommendations for adjustments to maximize reach and impact. This role will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with market needs and organizational objectives. The role will also drive continuous improvement efforts across marketing operations by identifying best practices, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability within the team. Finally, this position will ensure that Marketing initiatives are data-driven and focused on delivering value to healthcare professionals and patients for the Professional Health brands at Nestle Health Science USA. This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey.
