Senior Business Analyst

About the position

KBR's National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country's most critical role - protecting our national security. KBR is seeking a business analyst to support configuration management of office, event, policies, plans, and strategies for the Government customer. As a business analyst, you shall be responsible for maintaining credible file structures and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies. You will also be responsible for supporting the development of policies, plans, and strategies. This is a contingent position based upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of records management policies across the customer enterprise, ensuring compliance with applicable directives
• Research and establish controls for updating and tracking records
• Comfortable with working with spreadsheets, lists, and other workflow tools
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and accommodations for events, meetings, and other activities
• Ability to track calendars and other scheduling mediums
• Comfortable with configuration management of critical enterprise documentation
• Manage processes and milestones for Annual Statement of Assurance (SOA) to include data calls, program assessments, and data analysis in compliance with the customer Management Control Program
• Assist with compliance audits
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Doctorate Degree and 8 years or more of related experience
• Master's Degree and 10 years of experience or Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of experience can be substituted in place of Doctorate degree requirement
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and coordination skills
