ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the Tampa, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the software development team and project stakeholders to ensure that the project is aligned with user needs and business objectives.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement or management control of workflow.
• Responsible for identifying problems and developing recommendations, as well as coordinating action with the project team and customer.
• Create and deliver reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.
• Maintain our Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Work with stakeholders to define and document business processes.
• Convert requirements into workable Product Backlog Items (PBIs).

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
• 7+ years' experience in a business analyst or related role.
• Experience in the Department of Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
• Knowledge of financial management principles.
• Experience consulting or delivering solutions to federal clients.

Nice-to-haves

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), or Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM).
• General knowledge of federal financial management processes and requirements.
• Prior consulting experience with DoD or federal clients.
• Prior experience using Jira or ServiceNow.
