About the position

The Senior CI Analyst at KBR plays a crucial role in enhancing national security through advanced counterintelligence analysis. This position involves assessing threats, producing intelligence products, and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize defense systems. The role is integral to the intelligence community, focusing on protecting critical resources and ensuring the safety of personnel and programs.

Responsibilities

• Assess foreign intelligence, international terrorist, and technological collection threats against DOE personnel and resources.
• Produce counterintelligence products, including national security studies and policy recommendations for dissemination within DOE and the USIC.
• Leverage existing liaison contacts within the USIC to advance research and analytical objectives.
• Assist the Program Director in integrating field and headquarters analysis.
• Deliver oral presentations to convey ideas, facts, and conclusions to DOE and USIC personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in counterintelligence analysis, particularly as a primary case agent at DOE, FBI, or DOD.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in a relevant field such as geopolitical or national security studies.
• Extensive knowledge of counterintelligence tradecraft, analytic standards, and methodologies.
• Thorough understanding of adversary methodologies and collection interests.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to deliver high-quality products under pressure.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the USIC's mission, structure, and key intelligence programs, along with core analytical competencies.

Nice-to-haves

• Subject matter expertise in specific areas or countries, foreign language fluency, and emerging science and technology research.
• A Master's Degree, Juris Doctor, or higher, and/or proficiency in foreign languages such as Russian, Arabic, Farsi, or Hindi.
