About the position

The Senior Client Success Manager at Dun & Bradstreet is responsible for fostering strong relationships with designated client accounts, ensuring the delivery of services, and identifying growth opportunities. This role serves as the primary post-sales support contact, coordinating with various internal teams to meet client needs and contractual obligations while enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single post-sales support point of contact for customers, focusing on value and impact conversations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure appropriate resources are allocated for client needs.
  • Ensure delivery of contracted products/services to clients, meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs as defined in contracts.
  • Facilitate additional customer support in areas such as Data Advisory and Technical Implementation as needed.
  • Assist Sales AE's and other CEM's with contract management, forecasting, and negotiation when required.
  • Promote attendance to Industry Knowledge sessions and support customer training needs.

Requirements

  • Experience with various applications and systems such as SFDC, KPI, BI Portal, and Usage Reporting Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise product sets associated with business unit solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to document high-level process reviews and maps, with 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Understanding of the personas of CFO, CPO, CCO, and CMO.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in sales, sales support, client service, or account management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certifications in Finance Solutions, Sales & Marketing, and Third Party Risk & Compliance products.
  • Ability to demo products directly to customers.
