About the position

The Client Success Manager at Dun & Bradstreet is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with designated client accounts. This role involves managing ongoing client contractual relationships, ensuring operational delivery of services, and identifying value-added solutions to drive growth and revenue while retaining client satisfaction. The position serves as a single post-sales support contact for customers, coordinating with various internal teams to meet client needs and ensure the delivery of contracted products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single post-sales support point of contact for customers, focusing on value and impact conversations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate D&B resources for client needs.
  • Document customer use cases and KPIs, and identify customer training needs.
  • Ensure delivery of contracted products/services to clients, meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs.
  • Facilitate additional customer support in areas such as Data Advisory and Technical Implementation.
  • Promote attendance to Industry Knowledge sessions when available.
  • Assist Sales AE's and other CEM's with contract management, forecasting, and negotiation as needed.
  • Demonstrate products to customers as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with various applications and systems such as SFDC, KPI, BI Portal, and Sales Spot.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise products associated with business unit solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to document high-level process reviews and maps.
  • 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Understanding of personas such as CFO, CPO, CCO, and CMO.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in sales, sales support, client service, or account management.

  • Certifications in Finance Solutions, S&MS, and Third Party Risk & Compliance products.
