Learn more at hexagon.com. We are currently recruiting for an accomplished Senior Cloud Solutions Developer. The majority of our development team works in or around Livermore, California so the preference is for someone close by but we are also considering remote candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and support AGTEK's Cloud products.
• Work in a small team environment of highly dedicated professionals.
• Help solve customers' challenges with a focus on simplicity for the users.
• Collaborate closely with product management, support and sales.
• Develop and implement scalable cloud solutions using AWS.
• Develop and maintain web applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure security and compliance in cloud deployments.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AWS cloud platform.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs).
• Expertise in React for front-end development.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Experience with cloud-native development and microservices architecture.
• BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in cloud/web development.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in cloud architecting.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio and other development environments.
• Experience with Luciad Ria.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• C++, Windows Desktop Development a plus.
