The Senior Commercial Title Examiner/Officer position at Old Republic Title requires a comprehensive understanding of title insurance policies and endorsement coverages. The position demands proficiency in property record-related sites and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills. The role also involves supporting Escrow Operations in all aspects of title curative matters related to complex commercial high liability transactions. The Senior Commercial Title Examiner/Officer will work directly with a diverse range of customers, including real estate agents, builders, attorneys, surveyors, buyers, sellers, and lenders. Building and maintaining professional relationships with Underwriting is crucial, as is the ability to assess transaction risks and propose viable solutions to challenging title issues. Collaboration with management, Escrow, Sales, and marketing resources is necessary to develop and maintain a robust portfolio of real estate business, particularly focusing on Commercial and High Liability clientele.
