About the position

As a Senior Communication Specialist focused on video at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in creating and delivering impactful video content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience. This position involves leading and managing video production projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual stories, and ensuring the quality and consistency of video content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute video communication strategies that align with our brand and business objectives
• Lead and manage the end-to-end video production process, including concept development, scriptwriting, filming, editing, and post-production
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their communication needs and translate them into effective video content
• Conduct interviews and capture footage to tell compelling stories about our products, solutions, and company culture
• Ensure the quality and consistency of our video content, adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in video production and communication
• Proficiency in video editing software and equipment
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
