About The Position

As a Senior Consultant at Syncron, you will lead the design discussions and guide our customers' After Sales Pricing business experts in optimizing their parts pricing operations and pricing strategies. You will familiarize yourself with Syncron's processes and products through our eLearning platform during the ramp-up period.

Requirements

• Completed university degree, preferably in Computer Science or Mathematics
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical consulting environment
• Experience with Pricing Strategy and/or Pricing Management environments
• Interest in leveraging Information Technology to achieve business objectives
• Accountability for customer needs and a commitment to delivering the best results for clients

Nice To Haves

• SQL experience
• Strong experience in the after-sales domain
• Data manipulation skills including filtering and aggregation
• Experience with predictive modelling, forecasting, and advanced analytics
• Familiarity with data science toolsets such as Python and R
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS

Responsibilities

• Designing and documenting end-to-end business processes based on Syncron's best practices and standard software solutions
• Gathering, analyzing and documenting customer requirements and aligning them with the contracted project scope
• Setting up Syncron's solutions to enable customer value, refining the value proposal developed during the presales phase
• Managing the project scope in close collaboration with Syncron's and the customer's project manager
