About the position

The Senior Copywriter (VSP/PT) at CenterWell is responsible for developing creative and clear written material that supports the organization's communication strategies. This role involves content development for websites and apps, focusing on overarching content strategy, compliance work, content policy development, and metric tracking. The Senior Copywriter will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-centered content that drives product adoption and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies for digital products, considering user personas, product goals, and market trends
• Conduct content audits and analyze user feedback to inform strategy
• Collaborate with Design Lead, Designers, Copywriters, and Product Managers to integrate content into product roadmaps
• Ensure content aligns with best practices for brand voice and accessibility
• Develop content strategies across the Go365 brand
• Maintain content guidelines and style guides
• Write and edit high-quality and engaging customer-facing content that aligns with brand voice, legal, and accessibility requirements
• Work with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless content integration
• Maintain existing copy decks and create new copy decks as necessary
• Submit and track content through the mandatory Corporate and Legal Review processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related field
• 5 or more years of copywriting experience
• Strategic thought leader with the ability to transform business needs into compelling consumer language
• Deep understanding and experience in consumer communications
• Intellectual writing approach, ability to translate strategy and business needs into appropriate language solutions
