Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for large, high-touch customer accounts
  • Champion the Voice of the Customer in internal conversations
  • Drive issue resolution, recovery planning, and ensure timely delivery
  • Manage order acknowledgements, changes, and ERP updates
  • Keep CRM records current and meaningful
  • Lead monthly orderbook reviews and ensure customer expectations align with internal systems
  • Collaborate across value stream, engineering, quality, and operations teams to deliver excellent outcomes
  • Provide customer-focused data and metrics to leadership for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
  • 5+ years in a Customer Success or similar customer-facing role
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence using ERP/CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to follow through
  • Able to navigate ambiguity, juggle priorities, and maintain a positive outlook
