Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VP of Engineering and Founder to define and implement the company’s AI roadmap.
• Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models to drive actionable insights.
• Design and build generative AI features to improve workflows and customer-facing applications.
• Take complete ownership of features from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to integrate AI solutions that drive business value.
• Leverage data science tools and platforms to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years as a data scientist or in a related role, with a proven track record in building and deploying data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Familiarity with big data frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience designing and implementing data pipelines to support analysis and model training.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage current generative AI platforms for innovative solutions.
• Strong ownership and initiative with a drive to learn new technologies.
• Excellent planning, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with analytics platforms like Databricks.
