About the position

TELCOR Inc, a nationally recognized provider of healthcare software and billing service, is looking for an energetic, focused and motivated team member to join the database team! This Senior Database is primarily responsible for Database Management, Data Maintenance, Database Performance Tuning, Database Security, Database replication, Promoting Process Improvement, Problem Solving, Presenting Technical Information, Attention to Detail, and Quality Focus. The Senior Database Administrator should be an expert in SQL Servers, proficient in Windows operating systems, VMware, SAN infrastructure as related to Database storage, as well as other Microsoft technology, including, but not limited to: Always-on and Hyper-V. The Senior Database Administrator should have experience with VLDBs and be comfortable working in a highly virtual environment. This position will also assist the RCM Development and RCM Services teams, as directed. This position will require you to work in our office (Lincoln, NE) and teleworking is available at manager's discretion.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of database administration experience with MS SQL Database Server
• Minimum of 3 years of Structured Query Language
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting current versions of Windows
• Advanced knowledge in designing, developing and implementing data warehouse and business intelligence solutions with MS SQL Server and Reporting Services (ETL, SSIS, Data warehousing, and OLAP Cubes)
• Experience with reporting tools, such as Crystal Reports and Microsoft SQL reporting Services (SSRS) including stored procedures/functions
• Strong knowledge of T-SQL and database programming
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Networking required
• Strong knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V
• Excellent problem solving, logic, written and verbal communication skills required
