About The Position

Grid Dynamics is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager, who will take leadership of global capability, leaders, and managers. The Senior Delivery Manager will supervise delivery on multiple projects while maintaining healthy margins and managing risks and issues. This role serves as an escalation point for both the internal team and the client, defining new projects and representing the delivery organization during the pre-sales process. The Senior Delivery Manager will draft SOWs and contracts, maintain productive relationships with the client's engineering stakeholders, and present holistic delivery status to VP-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 8+ years of project management or delivery management background
• 1+ year of managing other managers
• eCommerce experience preferred
• Consulting background preferred
• Ability to visit customer's office in San Francisco or San Jose up to 3 days a week

Responsibilities
