Ontra is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of digital marketing initiatives, focusing on website optimization and paid digital programs. This role aims to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and support business objectives through data-driven decision-making and collaboration with various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B technology markets and a proven track record in digital marketing management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive web strategy that aligns with marketing goals and drives business growth.
  • Oversee the creation, curation, and management of web and paid digital content.
  • Execute SEO strategy and manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Sales teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
  • Ensure the website is user-friendly and visually appealing, conducting A/B testing to enhance user experience.
  • Manage web platforms and content management systems, ensuring security and performance optimization.
  • Build a framework to support rapid testing and optimization of digital marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of overall digital marketing experience.
  • 4+ years in direct website and paid digital program management within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record in driving web and paid digital strategy and execution.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Advertising Platform, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms, preferably WordPress.
  • Experience managing web-related projects, including redesigns and migrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with additional digital marketing channels such as email marketing and social media advertising.
