Senior Digital Marketing Manager

About the position

We have a career opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager based at our global headquarters located in St. Louis, Missouri. (Hybrid 2x / week IN OFFICE) The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is a member of the Content and Communications team and is responsible for establishing and executing Perficient's global digital strategy, with a primary focus on the Perficient.com website, Perficient blog, and email marketing function. In this role, you will lead a digital team that administers our digital properties, manages our email marketing strategies, promotes our marketing campaigns via all digital properties, and monitors the company's online reputation. You will dive deep into data and analytics to inform, improve, and optimize digital content and experiences and collaborate across multiple enterprise functions to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of digital marketing experts and oversee the day-to-day management of Perficient's website - hosted on Sitecore, executing against Perficient's web content strategy, managing content author workflows and content updates, collaborating with the Sitecore CMS development team and Design team to troubleshoot and add new features
• Develop and manage the ongoing strategy and function of Perficient's blog program, empowering Perficient colleagues to share their thought leadership; managing blog author communications, and access; and keeping in regular contact with the blog administrator to troubleshoot and implement enhancements
• Manage the ongoing strategy and function of Perficient's email marketing program, with experience in email marketing best practices, compliance, and reporting. Pardot experience a plus.
• Establish and guide team workflows and collaborations across multiple functions (Development, Design, Data, IT) for all website and blog projects
• Consult with internal project stakeholders to understand and identify digital and content objectives
• Provide strategic direction to leadership to drive success for Perficient's digital marketing goals
• Track Perficient's presence in SERPs and digital platforms and forums to monitor and enhance online reputation
• Partner with SEO Marketing Manager to research and identify opportunities to drive visibility to Perficient's website and blog content
• Oversee and evolve monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on Perficient's website, blog, and email performance leveraging various data platforms
• Keep abreast of new developments and trends and provide ongoing insights

Requirements

• A bachelor's level degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or business administration
• 7-10 years' experience in digital marketing (preferably B2B), content marketing, communications, or journalism
• WordPress and Sitecore experience strongly preferred
• Salesforce and Pardot experience strongly preferred
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong business acumen
