About the position

This role is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing integrated marketing programs that generate measurable interest in Bright Horizons employer services. The marketing initiatives will maximize Bright Horizons brand visibility and lead acquisition through various channels including digital, email marketing, events, and direct marketing. The successful candidate will lead a motivated team and communicate strategies and results within a matrixed organization, contributing to the company's growth goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy and execution of business-to-business (B2B) marketing programs that drive sales pipeline.
  • Create and manage a B2B marketing plan and calendar that integrates inbound and outbound elements.
  • Track goals and metrics for marketing investments, including visibility, conversion rates, and program efficiency.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and prospects to plan joint initiatives.
  • Oversee marketing strategy and campaign execution for tradeshows, events, webinars, email, paid media, and SEO.
  • Communicate across departments to ensure cohesive teamwork towards shared goals.
  • Implement marketing best practices to increase engagement in B2B campaigns.
  • Improve visibility into the impact of marketing program spending on revenue creation.
  • Report on campaign performance, tactics, and key learnings to internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the growth organization to ensure integrated program approaches.
  • Create and manage a marketing strategy that combines broad-based campaigns with targeted outreach.
  • Focus on customer needs to drive commercial differentiation with Bright Horizons solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • 7 years of marketing leadership in the enterprise B2B space with a metrics-driven mindset.
  • Proven track record managing budgets, strategy, execution plans, and results measurement for multiple marketing program types.
  • Team leadership and management experience.
  • Ability to design and execute integrated marketing programs that improve lead volumes.
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across organizational siloes.
  • Strong communication skills to update multiple stakeholders on campaign progress.
  • Proficient in marketing automation, CRM, and related systems for campaign administration and reporting.
  • Expertise in developing strong relationships to improve marketing campaign quality and quantity.
  • Capable storyteller with examples of understanding buyer roles and linking challenges to the organization's value proposition.
