About The Position

The Senior Director, Greenfield Manufacturing and Startup Program at The Coca-Cola Company is responsible for leading the modernization journey by overseeing the design and startup of new manufacturing sites globally. This role focuses on ensuring that both equipment and people systems meet manufacturing and supply chain targets, leveraging advanced technologies and best practices in quality and sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Administration with proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations and project management, with at least 5 years in a director or above role, ideally in consumer goods or food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing manufacturing startups and greenfield projects, driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment across different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Create the strategic vision for future plants from a manufacturing and people systems perspective.
• Continuously update the blueprint based on project insights and external learnings, including manufacturing standards and startup strategies.
• Drive the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies such as IoT, AI, robotics, and automation.
• Ensure that equipment, materials, people, and methods align with the established blueprint during the design phase.
• Support startup experts to implement systems with the right standards for Vertical Startup and coach the startup team.
• Lead a team of 5-8, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across various internal and external partners.
