About the position

As the Senior Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Balsam Brands. You will lead a team of talented product managers, driving the development of innovative solutions and features that enhance customer experiences, drive profitable revenue growth and support internal team members’ ability to work flexibly and efficiently. To be successful in this role, you need to be able to create and share a product vision and to work at a strategic level with other leaders as well as being close enough to the day-to-day work so that you can coach and support team members as we continue to optimize our ways of working. This full-time position reports to the SVP, Program & Product Management and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in-office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenue growth through the development of new products and features
  • Deeply understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring that products and features meet or exceed their expectations
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to ensure successful product development and launch
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure performance
  • Lead the team to achieve business outcomes by promoting collaboration and alignment with organizational values

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving agile transitions and increasing revenue growth in an ecommerce environment
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
