About the position

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. In order to meet a rapid growing demand in production, product development, and new equipment/tool qualification, lithography sector of BAE MEC foundry is seeking for a self-motivated, highly skilled electron-beam (Ebeam) lithography engineer, who could bring fresh skill set, and provide efficient support to the current team to meet aggressive targets.

Requirements

  • A 4-year bachelor's degree in engineering/science/mathematics, with 3-5 years of work experience in Ebeam lithography field or similar, such as Photo lithography OR a technical college degree with a proven record of >= 10 years of work experience in related field
  • A thorough understanding of Ebeam technology; from material to process, and equipment
  • Familiar with process control, data collection and analysis
  • Able to execute assigned tasks independently; only need minimum supervision from more senior level Ebeam engineers
  • Able of working under pressure, and still deliver high quality work in meeting an aggressive timeline
  • Able to contribute both as an individual and a team member
  • Highly capable working in a dynamic environment; adopt new ideas, technologies, tools and processes
  • A semiconductor foundry experience highly desirable
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Nice-to-haves

  • A master's degree in engineering/science/mathematics, with 5-6 years of work experience in Ebeam lithography area, preferably in a clean room environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Ebeam tool and processes
  • Highly skilled in both hardware and software related to Ebeam lithography
  • Highly skilled in data analysis; with proven skills in software such as JMP, Minitab, or alike
  • Capable of creating, monitoring SPC chart; propose ideas for process improvement and lead to final implementation
  • Familiar with DOE, Guage R-R, FMEA, 8D process
