Senior Electrical Engineer

About the position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join our team in Redmond, WA. This full-time position involves being a senior technical contributor for new product development and design optimization in the field of engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PCB design for low noise, mixed-signal ultrasound systems, and will be responsible for various aspects of the design and verification process.

Responsibilities

• Senior technical contributor for new product development and design optimization.
• PCB design for low noise, mixed-signal ultrasound systems including simulation, schematic capture, and layout.
• Develop and perform HW verification and engineering confidence testing.
• Work with service team for assistance with root cause failure analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams to scope new project resources and timelines.
• Work with contract manufacturer for design transfer and troubleshooting.
• Work with quality and regulatory teams to ensure all required quality system requirements are met.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of mixed-signal PCB design experience.
• Experience in medical diagnostic ultrasound imaging preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a strong team focus.
• Strong experience with simulation, schematic capture, and PCB layout tools.
• Ability to be productive and stay focused on deliverables in a fast-paced working environment.
