About the position

The Senior Enterprise Agile Coach at Anywhere Real Estate is responsible for establishing and maintaining Agile standards and best practices across the organization. This role involves guiding Scrum Teams in the application of Agile principles to enhance product delivery and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive decision-making and execution. The coach will also lead digital transformation efforts and optimize Agile processes, ensuring effective change management and continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the Agile Coaching mindset and discipline, mentoring current agile program managers.
• Establish and manage the internal Agile Training process and discipline.
• Establish change management processes and manage execution across Anywhere.
• Lead process optimization disciplines to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with other leaders to drive organizational and cultural digital transformation.
• Lead process improvement workshops as needed.
• Guide and coach Scrum Teams on Agile practices to deliver high-quality products and services.
• Help teams achieve high performance by recognizing strengths and areas for improvement.
• Work with Scrum Teams and stakeholders to influence decision-making and support projects.
• Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
• Assess Scrum Maturity of teams and coach them to higher levels of maturity.
• Build a trusting and safe environment for problem-solving and communication.
• Assist with internal and external communication to improve transparency.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading teams and managing people.
• 5-7 years of Agile Leadership and Agile Coaching experience.
• Experience leading Digital Transformations.
• Process optimization leadership.

Nice-to-haves

• Scrum Certifications, PMO certifications.
• PM/PMP certification.
• Knowledge of multiple agile frameworks (i.e., Scrum, XP, Kanban, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe).
• In-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices.
