About the position

We are looking for a Senior Event Executive to join our team on a nationwide experiential driving tour. This exciting event provides consumers with dynamic vehicle experiences and luxury test drives. The position will include market research, event planning, vendor & partnership communication, and coordination of CRM & consumer communication processes. During the tour, responsibilities will include CRM strategy, partner asset management, reporting & analysis, coordinating program agencies, communication approvals, onsite activation, and post-event analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the National Driving Program team by helping develop, run, and implement key program elements
  • Coordinate planning and implementation of CRM processes
  • Onsite lead for event registration
  • Assist with creation & editing of all websites, invites, and email communication
  • Operate as the team lead on partner and region market needs
  • Act as a liaison between tour staff and internal Octagon staff
  • Manage inventory of event execution elements & partnership assets
  • Handle documents such as status reports, tracking documents, and meeting notes

Requirements

  • A passion for luxury automotive
  • Experience in analytics, communications, advertising, event management/production, or marketing industries preferred
  • Previous CRM and/or management experience is a strong plus
  • Attentiveness to detail; ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and produce quality work within very strict timelines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team in addition to solving problems independently
  • Valid US driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed
