About the position
Apple is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the Commercial Programs and Online Finance teams, and serve as a key leader within the Retail Finance organization. You will support Apple’s growth across 500+ stores and 30+ countries by applying innovation toward financial matters. You’ll collaborate with Apple teams globally to drive informed decisions and execute strategies. This role requires a highly motivated finance leader who can think strategically while staying connected to ground-level operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Commercial Programs and Online Retail Finance teams.
- Collaborate with Retail’s regional/global leadership teams and worldwide Apple stakeholders.
- Provide support to core strategic areas including performance management of Apple’s e-commerce business.
- Support Retail’s most strategic sales programs.
- Collaborate on new thinking and go-to-market strategy across products/services.
- Assess capital investments that seek to reshape Apple’s Retail business.
Requirements
- 10 years of progressive, relevant Finance experience, including people management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant field.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's or MBA with concentration in Finance preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, global and matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to partner and influence cross-functionally.
- Strong leadership skills with the presence to set and communicate vision.
