About the position

The Senior Finance Revenue Manager will work within our FP&A department and serve as a strategic finance leader. This individual will work closely on supporting senior leadership within our sales and marketing functions, drive workflows to improve data analysis and business intelligence, and manage revenue finance operations. This individual will also work closely with Sectigo's leadership team in the development and strategic execution of key business and financial initiatives (with a specific focus on revenue and related functions) and provides important analysis and advice to drive profitable growth across all operations, including owning the Company's operating model, in addition to supporting various reporting needs and drive various corporate and strategic finance initiatives in tandem with the leadership team. This is a full-time position working in the hybrid model and at least 3 days a week from our Scottsdale, Arizona office. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to our Vice President, Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, coordinate, and facilitate the completion of day-to-day financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company's top-line and related metrics.
  • Dedicated business partner to the sales and marketing organizations, delivering monthly results vs. budget, KPI's and metrics reporting, ROI analysis, compensation plan review and forecasting.
  • Organize, analyze, and interpret large data sets, identifying trends and drawing conclusions from the available data on annual Sectigo transactions.
  • Lead a cross-functional work stream to improve the quality of internal processes, systems, and data.
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting that communicates business financial and operational performance to stakeholders.
  • Create financial models that provide financial analysis and decision support to leadership.
  • Take the lead on various Corporate/Strategic finance initiatives and special projects as directed by the VP of Finance.
  • Perform competitive analysis to determine how competitors are performing in relation to Sectigo.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis around historical trends and forecasts.
  • Assist in the preparation of ad hoc executive reports for Board, investor, and leadership team meetings.
  • Additional duties as assigned and special projects as requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced degree is preferred.
  • CPA or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years' experience performing FP&A functions, centered around top-line and sales business partnership.
  • Experience building or enhancing the capabilities of a growing FP&A organization.
  • Experience leading operational workflows around improving data quality, enhancing systems, dashboards, analytics, and reporting.
