Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A

A10 Networks is seeking an experienced and strategic finance professional to join our team as Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A. This role, based in San Jose, CA, reports to the Director of Finance and is critical to driving forward-thinking financial planning and analysis initiatives that align with A10's long-term strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modeling skills, deep business acumen, and the ability to influence senior leadership through insightful analysis and recommendations. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to partner closely with cross-functional leaders, providing impactful financial insights that guide strategic decisions across the organization. This is a high-visibility position offering broad exposure to critical financial and business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive and optimize annual, quarterly, and monthly management reporting of financial performance
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and key metrics to inform decision-making and track business performance
• Create ad-hoc financial models to support scenario analysis, strategic planning, and pro-forma analysis
• Serve as a finance business partner to G&A leadership, providing budget oversight, financial planning, and strategic insights for Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Facilities teams
• Partner with Treasury to forecast cash flow and identify working capital optimization opportunities
• Lead external benchmarking processes and competitive analysis to evaluate A10's performance in the context of industry standards, identifying opportunities to enhance our financial positioning
• Support investor relations activities, manage external metrics, and maintain analyst consensus file
• Partner with GTM finance on certain aspects of revenue forecasting, ensuring alignment with business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CPA or MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience as a corporate or investment banking analyst or in a similar strategic finance role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
• Proven ability to build strong relationships across functions, facilitating alignment and driving strategic finance initiatives with diverse teams
• Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a focus on long-term goals and a proactive approach to tackling strategic financial challenges
• Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced mathematical skills, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex financial data and create actionable insights
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Adaptive a plus
