Responsibilities

  • Collaborate as a trusted advisor and business partner within the Operations team, including interacting with senior executives and their respective management teams
  • Manage all aspects of spending for the organization, including but not limited to, expense, headcount and capital management, forecast, monthly re-commit, variance analysis, monthly close and management reporting
  • Consolidate and provide input and analysis on key expense trends and metrics to identify risks and opportunities while ensuring a high degree of accuracy
  • Conduct qualitative analysis to trend present and future operational performance
  • Prepare executive presentations to review results and forecasts with management and business partners
  • Focus on process enhancements and continuous improvement
  • Support ad hoc initiatives and business cases

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships and be seen as a valued business partner
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across different functions, managing aggressive deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong financial analysis, financial modeling, variance analysis, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills
  • Team focused with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Systems and tools skills required: SmartView, Oracle Cloud, Excel and other Microsoft Suite Applications
