About the position

The Senior Reimbursement Reporting Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the institution's Third-Party reimbursement efforts and the valuation of Third-Party Accounts Receivable. This position is responsible for a comprehensive range of reimbursement functions, including cost reporting, audits, interim rate and settlement calculations, and net revenue preparation and analysis. The analyst will collaborate closely with the Reimbursement work team and other finance personnel to manage projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Third-Party reimbursement efforts and valuation of Third-Party Accounts Receivable.
• Conduct cost reporting and audits related to reimbursement functions.
• Calculate interim rates and settlements for reimbursement processes.
• Prepare and analyze net revenue reports.
• Assist in the preparation of the net revenue budget.
• Manage various special projects related to reimbursement.

Requirements

• Experience in reimbursement reporting and analysis within a healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance personnel and other stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cost reporting and audit processes in healthcare organizations.
• Familiarity with Third-Party Accounts Receivable valuation.
