Senior Financial Analyst

About the position

Chimera Enterprises International is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the U.S. Army The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Chemical Biological Center (CBC). The Center’s mission is to develop, integrate, sustain, and dispose of decisive technology-enabled capabilities. The Center, along with other Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE) defense organizations, will be serviced by this contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide budgetary and program analyst services, including tracking data and preparing reports from various financial sources.
• Provide technical assistance and analysis of funding actions based on budgetary laws, policies, and regulations.
• Provide GFEBS execution services, including training Government employees and developing job aides.
• Monitor financial systems to ensure proper coordination of funds and correct errors.
• Research and respond to audit requests, providing necessary documentation.
• Provide GFEBS Helpdesk services to address and resolve system issues.
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate impacts related to GFEBS system changes.
• Maintain expertise in GFEBS functionality enhancements throughout the contract period.
• Assist end users in achieving error resolution across various systems.
• Provide fiscal year-end close and start-up support during August, September, and October.
• Assist in coordination of critical tasks related to GFEBS Master Data and other financial processes.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Funds Control Module (FCM), General Fund Business Enterprise System (GFEBS), Faces-to-Spaces, and reimbursable business processes.
• Comprehensive experience (at least five years) in teaching, training, and using GFEBS applications for Army reimbursable operations.
• 10 years of Federal Government reimbursable accounting experience.
• Secret clearance required.
