Senior Graphic Designer

About the position

Chainlink Labs is seeking a Senior Designer, Executive Office to join our team and help us create visually appealing and engaging branding, diagrams and presentations, with the goal of translating the founder’s vision for Chainlink into compelling visuals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and storytelling, and experience creating visually appealing and engaging presentations for a variety of audiences. In this role, you will work closely with marketing and leadership team members, including Sergey himself, ensuring that all internal and external presentations are on-brand and meet the needs of the audience. This role will require a highly motivated and experienced Senior-level Designer who can work efficiently under pressure and at a fast pace to meet quick turnaround deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with key senior stakeholders within the business, while maintaining a calm and can-do attitude. They will also be able to think critically about how an audience will process and interact with the information presented.

Responsibilities

• Design potentially complex diagrams that reflect concepts from the project founder and other executives.
• Design and create first-class, visually stunning Google Slide & Keynote templates for presentations.
• Create and ensure high-quality design elements, including vivid detail and animation.
• Partner with colleagues to contribute ideas on presentation goals, strategy and design concepts.
• Communicate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure presentation concept alignment.
• Self-manage and execute multiple projects, meeting deadlines.
• Be a collaborative and trusted partner within Chainlink Labs.
• Follow and contribute to brand guidelines.
• Stay current on creative software skills and trends.

Requirements

• At least 8+ years of graphic design/presentation design experience.
• Demonstrated portfolio of technical and/or process diagrams and impactful presentations.
• Knowledge and experience in motion design and/or UX design.
• Experience with technical and process designs that are extremely detailed.
• Passion for distilling technical, complex processes into beautiful, easy-to-understand stories.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and ownership of projects.
• Mastery of Google Slides, Keynote, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience designing infographics that are clear, concise, and visually appealing.
• Impeccable attention to detail across all media platforms.
• Strong verbal, written, and graphic media abilities.
• Successful history working under tight deadlines with multiple projects.
• Self-managed and achievement oriented; receptive to redirection and design feedback.
• Occasional international travel.
• Blockchain interest or experience (preference for familiarity with Chainlink).
