About the position

The Senior Hardware Producer at Apple is responsible for leading the creative production of digital imagery for hardware products. This role involves managing the creative partnership with Product Art Directors and coordinating with various stakeholder teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of high-quality imagery. The Senior Hardware Producer will also mentor junior producers and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, kickoff, production, and delivery of hundreds of digital hardware images annually.
• Oversee the briefing, creation, and timely delivery of imagery to functional teams.
• Manage budget, including production kickoff decks, financial tracking, and timely completion of POs/invoices.
• Act as a subject matter expert and partner with Product Art Directors to address production issues.
• Collaborate with Product AD and Hardware Producers to establish creative practices and standards.
• Lead long-term forecasting efforts based on roadmap needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting creative production teams.
• Proven track record in leading creative development processes and deliverables.
• Experience with creative Computer Graphic (CG) methodologies and tools such as Maya, Nuke, After Effects, and Photoshop.

Nice-to-haves

• Expertise in 3D digital workflows related to 2D stills image creation and CG animation.
• Ability to evaluate and influence vendor work creatively.
• Experience in developing strategic relationships with external stakeholders.
• Curiosity and passion for building new processes to support creativity.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
