About the position

Rockstar Games New York is looking for a highly talented and experienced Illustrator to work out of our unique NYC-based studio. The successful candidate will be working on a variety of exciting, creative, and cutting-edge projects. The ability to work quickly and efficiently as part of a team, take direction, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure is essential. This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar's NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.
Responsibilities
- Develop key art images for packaging, advertising, print and the web.
- Develop illustrations from concept and sketches to finished product.
- Closely mimic pre-existing art styles.
- Develop new art styles.
- Develop branding-based illustrations.
Requirements
- Mastery of Photoshop.
- 6+ years of experience in a relevant field (video games, film, or book publishing).
- Passion for contemporary culture, including video games, film, and art.
Nice-to-haves
- Working knowledge of Blender.
