About the position

The Senior In-House Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all sales activities within the Sales Office. This role involves recruiting and training sales representatives, motivating the sales team to meet budgeted sales goals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and sales guidelines. The position emphasizes maintaining high standards of customer service and performance within the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and train sales representatives
  • Motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve budgeted sales goals
  • Assist with conducting sales and training meetings
  • Ensure that management staff adhere to all HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure sales activities comply with State, Corporate, and National Sales guidelines
  • Maintain company minimum performance standards
  • Maintain excellent customer service

Requirements

  • 4 years of vacation ownership sales experience
  • 1 year or more of sales leadership experience in vacation ownership
  • Arizona Real Estate License REQUIRED
  • Customer service and quality fundamentals, MS Office proficiency
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and mentor staff
  • Thorough understanding of vacation ownership sales transactions
  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and motivational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
