About the position

The Senior Informatica ETL Developer will lead an offshore team of junior developers, ensuring the successful completion of Agile stories and coordinating requirements gathering and testing across multiple teams. This role involves hands-on Informatica development work and participation in DevOps ceremonies, making it essential for candidates to have extensive experience in Informatica ETL and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead junior offshore Informatica developers
• Coordinate with offshore Informatica developers to ensure completion of Agile stories
• Coordinate requirements gathering and testing with multiple teams across the organization
• Perform hands-on Informatica development work
• Attend and participate in DevOps ceremonies

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience
• 5+ years of US experience
• Experience with Informatica ETL, Oracle, and PL/SQL
• Experience with mainframe integration
• Ability to lead and mentor junior offshore developers
• Previous experience in similar lead roles
