About the position

The Senior Informatica ETL Developer will lead a team of junior offshore developers while coordinating with various teams to ensure the successful completion of Agile stories. This role involves hands-on Informatica development work and participation in DevOps ceremonies, making it essential for candidates to have extensive experience in Informatica ETL and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead junior offshore Informatica developers
• Coordinate with offshore Informatica developers to ensure completion of Agile stories
• Coordinate requirements gathering and testing with multiple teams across the organization
• Perform hands-on Informatica development work
• Attend and participate in DevOps ceremonies

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience
• 5+ years of US experience
• Experience with Informatica ETL, Oracle, and PL/SQL
• Experience with mainframe integration
• Ability to lead and mentor junior offshore developers
• Previous experience in similar lead roles
