About the position

The Senior Integration Developer at Vail Resorts is responsible for the development, maintenance, and monitoring of enterprise integration systems. This role involves designing, building, testing, and maintaining integration solutions using various tools and methodologies, with a focus on messaging and data integration. The position requires a proactive approach to learning new technologies and applying them within the existing enterprise framework.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and maintain enterprise services using WCF / .NET.
  • Design, build, test, and maintain enterprise integration applications using various tools.
  • Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and perform performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of issues with existing applications and production transaction processing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with software development in areas such as Real-Time Middleware tools (BizTalk, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.), Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) tools (Automation Anywhere, UI Path, etc.), or SSIS and other batch-based ETL development.
  • Experience with RDBMS, such as Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle.
  • Production support experience with strong debugging skills.
  • Experience working with diverse business units.
  • Experience with Agile and Source Control (Jira, BitBucket, Git, etc.).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to document technical solutions.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Desire to rapidly learn and implement new technologies.
  • Ability to deliver quality deliverables against specified timelines.
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university.

  • Experience with Mulesoft.
