About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team, focusing on building custom solutions for prestigious brands across various sectors including financial services, healthcare, telecom, and hospitality. Requirements

  • 5+ years full stack development experience in modern technologies
  • Hands-on coding: Java/J2EE, Spring boot
  • Experience in writing reusable components
  • Ability to learn and start working on any new technologies
  • Experience in Developing applications in support of evolving business needs using JAVA - J2EE, Micro Services, Single SPA's
  • Experience in Oracle, Mongo DB, Maven, Jenkins, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST & SOAP services
  • Hands on experience in AWS cloud technologies like FaaS, VPC, EC2, S3, EFS, IAM, EBS, LAMBDA, Route53, Kubernetes
  • Good work ethic, self-starter, and results oriented
  • Ability to lead a team, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical decision-making
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, waterfall

Responsibilities

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct code reviews, and ensure thorough testing to maintain reliability and performance
  • Contribute to and support customer's enterprise architecture, standards, transformation from current state to future state
  • Develop agile practices with continuous development, continuous integration & deployments, cloud enablement
  • Participate in business requirements and functional requirements gathering, which involves a review of existing systems configurations and operating methodologies as well as understanding evolving business needs
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure alignment with project goals
