Senior Java Software Developer

About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with extensive experience in Java development, particularly in Core Java, Multithreading, Collections, and Memory Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Java Design Patterns and be proficient in using the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot. You will be responsible for developing REST APIs, Webservices, and Microservices, and will have experience with Docker and Kubernetes for CI/CD deployments. Additionally, familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana and Splunk is essential. Experience with Redis caching and AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, and ECS/EKS is also required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications using Core Java, Multithreading, and Collections.
• Implement Java Design Patterns in application development.
• Utilize the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, for application development.
• Design and develop REST APIs, Webservices, and Microservices.
• Manage CI/CD deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor application performance and logging using Grafana and Splunk.
• Integrate caching solutions like Redis to enhance application performance and reduce database load.
• Design and build Proofs of Concept (POCs) for new business requirements.

Requirements

• Proficient in Java development (Core Java, Multithreading, Collections, Memory Management).
• Proficient with Java Design Patterns.
• Proficient with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, etc.).
• Proficient with REST APIs, Webservices, and Microservices.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (CI/CD Deployments).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana and Splunk.
• Experience with Redis caching.
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS).
• 8+ years of strong Java development experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with databases such as Oracle, Snowflake, and Singlestore.
