About the position

The Senior Lead Agile Transformation Coach at Wells Fargo will provide transformation vision and guidance to leadership, helping them understand and implement modern agile practices. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create roadmaps for transitioning from current to target states, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enabling effective agile transformation across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and act as an advisor to senior leadership and teams to guide and influence transformational change for highly complex business needs.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise to translate Agile and product theory into practical and tangible actions.
  • Coach for discovery of products and continuous delivery of customer-centric work, including creation of product roadmaps and iterative application development.
  • Foster maturation of Agile behaviors and delivery concepts across all levels of staff, coaching leaders on readiness and strategies for transformation success.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges by asking open, analytical questions.
  • Create and implement proactive coaching plans based on observations and enterprise maturity assessments.
  • Participate in forums and communities of practice to provide strategic thought leadership.
  • Guide product managers and product owners on the beneficial use of metrics for continuous improvements.
  • Provide vision, direction, and mentoring for peer coaches and Scrum Masters.
  • Guide an effective agile transformation across lines of business, ensuring a well-integrated approach to achieving operational excellence.
  • Drive definition and implementation of product operating models focusing on consistent customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership and architects to define products and services for target state.
  • Enable a culture of technical learning and continuous improvement.
  • Align operating models with technology and product leadership, coaching the organization to deliver on it.
  • Optimize engagement through expert knowledge of agile practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Agile experience (Coaching, Scrum, or product owner) or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting complex organizational change.
  • 4+ years of experience in providing thought-leadership and building alignment with multiple stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Agile based certification (Scrum, PMP or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at multiple levels.
  • Ability to deliver and engage with partners effectively in a complex environment.
  • Ability to develop and execute business vision, strategies, and goals.
  • A bachelor degree or higher in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
