The position involves leading complex initiatives in the Client Service space, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in current regulations impacting Client Service functions. The role requires partnering with various departments including Front Office Sales and Trading, Market Risk, Technology, Compliance, Finance, Operational Risk, Audit, and other support functions. The individual will provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership and act as a key participant in large-scale planning, gathering data to support resolution of issues in areas both within and outside of their responsibility. The role demands full knowledge and leadership on projects related to internal and industry-related matters, strategically engaging with professionals and managers at all levels within the company. The individual will develop and implement resolutions to complex issues arising within the client and trade lifecycle, make decisions that require an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, and advise leadership on complex objectives, processes, and long-term goals. Additionally, the role involves influencing and leading broader work teams to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives, as well as collaborating and consulting with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
