About the position

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing with expertise in B2B and channel marketing to drive awareness, lead generation, and partner enablement. While experience in financial services is a plus, it is not required—what matters most is your ability to develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies that fuel revenue growth. As the Senior Manager of B2B & Channel Marketing, you will be responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing programs that engage business customers and support channel sales efforts. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, and partner teams to develop campaigns, content, and programs that drive demand and accelerate revenue through direct and indirect sales channels. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketing leader with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for building scalable, ROI-driven marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
  • Design and implement marketing initiatives that empower channel partners, including co-branded campaigns, partner enablement, and joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Drive measurable pipeline growth through targeted campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, paid media, webinars, and events.
  • Develop marketing materials, sales collateral, and training programs to support channel sales efforts and improve partner effectiveness.
  • Create compelling messaging, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership content tailored for B2B audiences.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize marketing spend, and improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and external partners to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute industry events, partner summits, and virtual engagements to strengthen relationships and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or demand generation, preferably in SaaS, technology, or enterprise solutions.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute channel marketing programs that drive partner engagement and sales.
  • Strong background in lead generation strategies, marketing automation, and sales funnel optimization.
