About the position

The Senior Manager for the Center for Outcomes Research, Real World Evidence, and Epidemiology (CORE) at Genmab is responsible for developing and executing health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, and real-world evidence plans that align with brand and medical strategies. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to generate evidence demonstrating the value of products, manage external vendors for HEOR research, and contribute to the development of publications and customer-facing materials. The position requires a strong scientific background and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and contribute to the development and execution of health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, and real-world evidence plans.
  • Develop and implement CORE tactical plans in alignment with broader brand, medical, and market access strategies.
  • Review and maintain knowledge in therapeutic area unmet needs, treatment guidelines, and market access landscape.
  • Generate and compile evidence to demonstrate the unmet need in disease/value of products.
  • Manage external vendors in the conduct of HEOR research projects.
  • Ensure all research is conducted with a high level of scientific rigor.
  • Contribute to the development of publications and presentations of research accomplishments.
  • Develop customer-facing materials and tools that communicate value to payer customers.
  • Investigate real-world datasets to inform investment strategy in RWD across the oncology portfolio.
  • Develop and present research-related topics to cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to department strategy and objectives and represent CORE on key initiatives.

Requirements

  • Graduate (Masters/PhD) degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or health policy in the life sciences industry.
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience in the life sciences industry.
  • Oncology experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated research accomplishments evidenced by a history of peer-reviewed publications.
  • Ability to work well in a team and cross-functional environment, as well as independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work successfully under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate key insights into strategy/tactics.
  • Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $114,375.00 to $190,625.00 based on skills and experience.
