Responsibilities

  • Develop the company's Client Success strategy.
  • Maintain relations with strategic advertisers.
  • Create the company's Client Success annual business plan.
  • Accountable for advertisers' growth, strategies, and communications.
  • Increase value for advertisers through the development of successful advertising campaigns.
  • Foster the development of the company's service offerings.
  • Work directly with large strategic enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in the job offered or three years in online mobile app advertising.
  • Three years of technical execution of in-app and mobile web advertising campaigns.
  • Three years of troubleshooting technical issues such as conversion faults, response time, and click overload.
  • Three years of developing a business plan based on business and technical parameters.
  • Three years of analysis and optimization of mobile campaigns based on Return on Investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Three years of account management experience.
